You tell us what tech skills you need and provide us with no. of roles reserved for our _nologists upon completion of their training
Through co-branded attraction campaigns, we identify and assess individuals who qualify as best culture fit for you, so that we can train them in your exact tech stack
We deliver a 12-week tech training course and support our _nologists prepare for their placement with you including project work and mentor pairing
_nologists are placed in the pre-agreed contract roles, and we provide ongoing mentorship and upskilling throughout their placement
Clients have the option to hire our _nologists permanently at the end of the 18-month placement period.
