2. Assess
We qualify applicants via competency-based aptitude testing, assessing mindsets and capabilities over technical education or experience.
This allows us to pinpoint individuals who have the essential power skills needed for success in our training and future employment – like logic, pattern recognition, adaptive learning, perseverance, initiative and creative problem solving.

3. Train
Training is delivered by our in-house team of expert instructors over an immersive, full-time 12-week period.
Our curriculum is designed to meet in-demand industry skills and partner needs across Software and Cloud Engineering. We prioritise hands-on training with practical project deliveries as well as soft skill development and interview prep.

4. Support
Our _nology Talent Success team provides continuous mentorship and technical support to _nologists during their training and 18-month placement with hiring partners.
We ensure they can seamlessly integrate into technology teams from day one, alleviating the reliance on onsite line managers.
After a successful 18-month placement, there’s the option for the _nologists to turn into permanent employees.

So far, we’re at 100%!
Our policy includes a 4-week notice period and a swap-in/ swap-out agreement to ensure you're never left without talent. We also have a fantastic _nology support team who look after the consultants while they’re with you, meaning we tackle any issues before they become a concern.
_nologists are our employees, therefore there are no IR35 implications to worry about.
_nologists are on site with our clients full-time and are therefore treated as the client's employee. They are encouraged to join in with the clients socials, training, and other events.
We need people who can hit the ground running/ my team doesn't have time to support a junior..._nologists have been through 12 weeks of practical, hands-on training, learning about the tools they’ll use in the workplace. This means they’re job-ready and can start delivering from day 1.
Beyond this, we have a dedicated in-house support team who solely focus on the professional and technical development of our _nologists. They’re technically experienced and can tackle any issues the _nologist may have while on their placement. This helps to relieve reliance upon any line manager, saving them time and resources. This support is full-time and unlimited across the 18 month programme, and is a key part of the service.
The only fee we charge is the day rate for days worked. This fee encompasses our attraction, assessment, training, support, continued L&D, holiday, sick pay, and employer costs. So, on a like-to-like basis, our total cost is comparable. In addition to this, you have the flexibility of a 4-week contract notice and reduced time-to-hire with our immediately available talent pool.
