With a strong foundation in recruitment - most recently leading end-to-end hiring and onboarding at BCN Group - Paige brings both experience and passion to the role. From sourcing and screening to psychometric testing and onboarding, she’s well-versed in helping people find the right fit and thrive.

Alex Baulderstone

My focus at _nology is creating an environment that allows our trainees to grow; we don't just teach practical skills, we provide them with a toolset to solve a range of technical problems that are part of being in a tech team. I help/make sure our _nologists enter the industry with the ability to learn, adapt, and hit the ground running.
