Training is delivered by our in-house team of expert instructors over an immersive, full-time period of 8-12 weeks. Our curriculum is designed to meet in-demand industry skills and partner needs across Software and Cloud Engineering. We prioritise hands-on training with practical project deliveries as well as soft skill development and interview prep.

4. Support
Our _nology Talent Success team provides continuous mentorship and technical support to _nologists during their training and 18-month placement with hiring partners. We ensure they can seamlessly integrate into technology teams from day one, alleviating the reliance on onsite line managers. After a successful placement, there’s the option for the tech consultants to turn into permanent employees.
