Eva Perkins joins _nology as UK Director.

Eva brings extensive experience in the tech, skills and talent management sectors, most recently serving as Client Relationship Director at Teamgenie, where she spearheaded the expansion of team coaching and leadership development services. Prior to that, Eva was the Client Portfolio Director at Grayce Group, overseeing a portfolio of clients in the emerging tech talent market and achieving significant growth through innovative talent management strategies.

With a strong background in both high-growth tech companies and large-scale training organizations, Eva is passionate about fostering diversity in the tech industry and is committed to developing inclusive talent pipelines. She joins _Nology to lead the UK business in its mission to create diverse tech talent pools and future-proof tech workforces through innovative training, skills and development programs.

Eva is also pursuing an MBA and is a chartered Manager and Fellow with CMI (Chartered Management Institute), demonstrating her dedication to leadership excellence and continuous professional growth.
