We’re thrilled to be partnering with Forte on their mission to support more people in pursuing a career in technology and make the sector more accessible. Our shared commitment to diversity and social mobility within the tech sector is part of what makes this project such an amazing one to get involved in…

Edward.M shared a great insight into the partnership:

‘Was great to get down to Adelaide this week to launch our first Australian project. This year we’ll give 150 South Australians access to some of the best tech training in the country via General Assembly Australia, Generation Australia, _nology.io and 42 Adelaide.

Instead of students paying up to $16,000 – Forte will fund the upfront cost of training, with South Australia only contributing once people are already in work, and paying tax.

We want to make sure the cyclical shock of COVID doesn’t become a structural foundation in young people’s lives. Big thanks to Minister Boyer for his support, and to the wonderful team at 42 Adelaide for hosting.’
