Celebrating Global Success: Opus Group’s Annual Awards and Achievements 2024

Our parent company Opus Talent Solutions hosted the EOY conferences for company-wide global teams from Opus Recruitment SolutionsJDRoss Energy, and _nology. This remarkable event celebrated a year of outstanding success, investment and growth.

A celebration across continents:

In an impressive feat of coordination, we held three conferences and end-of-year celebrations across four regions worldwide, all within 24 hours. It was a true demonstration of our unified approach: One Opus, One Strategy, One Future.

To our incredible team, your dedication and hard work over the past year has been inspiring, as evidenced by the 48 promotions achieved across the business in 2024! A special thank you to our investment partners at Graphite Capital for joining us in this celebration. And to our clients and candidates, we thank you for your continued trust and support.

A transformational year for Opus:

In 2024, Opus Talent Solutions has supported more than 700 clients across our 8 regional offices, placing over 1500 highly skilled tech and energy professionals, deploying over 500 contract consultants, and training more than 70 software and cloud engineers.

We have listened and responded to the needs of our markets, doubling down on our energy business to expand into all areas of clean energy transition and aligned our tech specialisms to focus on areas that are driving innovation, including AI and major global cloud transformations. We invested in our global platform to support regional expansion, quality and efficiency, and accelerated our ESG agenda to offset our carbon footprint, and support sustainable communities.

Through our award-winning tech training and deployment model, _nology, we have also continued to build our own diversity-first tech talent pools to fill the global digital skills and diversity talent gap, at 60% women & nonbinary, 71% ethnic minority and 25% LGBTQIA+.

The achievements of 2024 have set a robust foundation, and we are looking forward to maintaining this momentum into 2025.
