Our model helps to solve all of the above by

  • Attract – We attract top talent through a competency-based, blind CV assessment process. Resulting in diversity of 48% female and over 63%  BAME. 
  • Train – Our in-house coaches deliver full-time training for up to 3 months. This is hands on, relevant and modern training in Java, C#, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, BA, Data Analysis and more…
  • Support – We support the _nologist for an 18 month period to help them grow technically and professionally. They then join the client as a successful, mid-level developer. You then have the option to turn your consultants into permanent employees, allowing for greater strength in hard-to-find skill sets, as well as increased diversity.

With a company-wide corporate transformation set in motion, Deutsche Bank sought to position technology at the heart of their future activities. Pulling in our expertise across the board, _nology set out to create a diverse team of talent and put technology at the centre of Deutsche Bank’s transformation.
